We have a variety of options for Delegates whether you want to stay for the day, do one of our overnight deals or go all in for the VIP access all areas packages. With 1 or 2 night stays available our packages offer flexibility to suit you and your business.

Coombe Abbey is a 12th Century monastery that has many functions since it's first inception and now is a beautiful setting that we think will provide a great backdrop for Salon Business Connect.

Meet the Organisers of Salon Business Connect
Sue Davies is a salon industry veteran and has been in the industry since 2002. Having worked mobile, home salon, freelance and owned her own award-winning salon she has built a wealth of knowledge and experience across the sector. She has been an industry educator, competition director, judge, writer, magazine owner/editor and advocate for industry professional standards in both hands on and business skills. She now shares her experience on her podcast Inspiring Salon Professionals, and continues to empower salon business owners to enhance and improve their client experience pathways through her alter ego, The Salon Inspector. Her philosophy of "leave the ladder down" is fundamental to all Sue does within the industry to ensure everyone is able to find their path and their voice.
With over 26 years in the beauty industry, Nina has cultivated a dynamic and diverse career defined by passion, perseverance, and entrepreneurial drive. From her beginnings as a mobile therapist to owning her own salon, founding a successful training academy, and now leading multiple award-winning businesses, her journey reflects a steadfast commitment to innovation and excellence.
Nina is the proud founder of the award-winning Lustrelash®️ Group, now recognised as the UK’s largest supplier of colour lashes. Through a recent partnership with Lashphoria®️, she has expanded the brand’s reach to offer lash solutions across both professional and retail markets. Her ability to fuse creativity with quality has empowered lash artists across the industry.
Beyond her business ventures, Nina has also served as an educator, equipping beauty professionals with the skills and confidence to elevate their careers. Her expertise spans hands-on artistry, product development, business mentorship, and education—underscoring her dedication to raising standards and fostering growth throughout the beauty sector. As a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, she is passionate about helping other business owners elevate their own worlds and reach new heights.
